Main frame, blade rotating assembly and blade

The robust front carriage is made of structural steel with excellent fatigue resistance. The latest manufacturing technologies reduced welding seams to a minimum. The blade rotating assembly consists of a dual ball bearing ring for the heaviest loads. Clever construction of the cutting angle adjustment of the shield plate enables settings of "extremely aggressive" to "lightly brush over"

Extremely flexible, highly-modern grader that can be mounted on a variety of carrier vehicles. Feel free to take any available carrier vehicle for your grader! (Tractor, wheel loader, Unimog, truck, excavator...). The mounting can be carried out easily and quickly thanks to a quick-connect coupling system. Your drivers no longer require years of experience. Even inexperienced operators quickly master the PTH Speed Grader G2. Afterwards, the carrier vehicles can immediately be used for other purposes as required.

Controlling
The PTHtronic enables a logic and easy operation of all functions with one hand using a multi-functional joystick. The other hand remains free for steering. This provides advantages in terms of user convenience, speed and security. Operating the joystick is logic, intuitive and robust.

Performance hydraulics and operation
The performance of the PTH Speed Grader depends on the carrier vehicle, but can be compared to a 13 tonne grader or even a stronger one. The hydraulic system is load-sensing and is only fed from the carrier vehicle. A Danfoss control block and the PTHtronic guarantee precise and delicate activation of all the grader`s functions.

Steering
Articulated steering enables bypassing of obstacles or simple retraction in tight spaces. In addition, there is also the option of an "hydraulic auxiliary steering", which is activated on the joystick, if necessary. This helps when the grader needs to push the carrier vehicle to the side to keep to the track. The reach by way of the tyres with articulated steering is right/left 2700 mm.
