SPRAYMASTER is a line studied and developed to assure a rational and effective crop protection in the environment and for the operator`s safety. The Spraymaster sprayers completely achieve these targets by offering:

Nebulization system principle.
The pneumatic nebulization carried out by SPRAYMASTER shows some differeces in comparison with the traditional high volumespraying system. Such difference consists in the covering of the vegetation by separate drops of very small and uniform size. At the end of spraying treatment, it is possible o see some separated and very fine, dry particle on the vegetatio.

Too big and not uniform drops are not advantageus, sinze they allow a smaller covering, because partially they fall down before reaching the crop to be sprayed and partially they are destined to drip from the plants.

The result of spraying by means of SPRAYMASTER sprayers is a better and uniform covering of the vegetation, as a remarkable saving of the water solution quantity.

Consequently, also labour and fuel costs are considerably reduced because of shoter spraying times in comparison with conventional sprayers.

Therefore it is possibleto obtain the following savings:

• water solution, up to 60%;
• chemical product, up to 10%;
• sparying time, up to 40%.

Spraying treatments can be carried out in the following ways:

• low volume (from 100 to 350 litres/hectare);
• medium volume (from 350 to 500 litres/hectare);
• normal volume (from 500 to 800 litres/hectare);
