Agrispread - Model AS3000 Series -Spreaders
Performance, capacity and accuracy are all combined in the AS3000 Series twin hydraulic folding conveyor feed spreader that can achieve increased spread widths of up to 48 meters for urea, over 52 meters for mineral granular fertilisers and up to 30 meters for dry flowable lime/gypsum, organic, other soil conditioners and bulk products. The 3000 series spreader offers precision infield spreading to the larger farming and contracting enterprises while especially suitable for Controlled Traffic Farming (CTF), multi products and meet the demand of increasing tramline working widths across the industry worldwide.

The AS3000 series encompasses a new rear hydraulic folding twin conveyor that carries the product to the outer large hydraulically driven spinner disks at a width of 6.1m from disk to disk left and right of the hopper via smooth belt feed conveyors.
02 SCS Section ControlAs standard on the 3000 Series, AgriSpread offer the SCS feature (Section control -single belt) . Both spinner motors have independently controlled left & right-hand spinner disks to reduce the working width on wedge shaped fields or narrow field sections or coming in and out of headlands/boundaries.
03 Hydraulics/ PTOAgriSpread offers as standard on the 3000 series, a high-powered PTO hydrostatic tandem hydraulic piston pump system to achieve the required oil flow per/min required to meet the application rates at these wider spread widths. The hydrostatic PTO driven system with oil cooler controls the disc spinners – left & right
04 Safety FeaturesSafely fold and unfold the rear cross conveyors from the ISOBUS software
During transport a safety sensor provides a clear acknowledgement to the ISOBUS display that the folding conveyors are locked in position and safe for road transport.
