Eastman has manufacturing plant that includes 7 forging equipments from capacity of 0.50 Tons to 1.50 Tons, Modern Tool Room for dies that includes EDM wire cut. Machining needs are fulfilled by Automatic Loading/ Unloading Robotic Arm, Double Spindle, MW 120G Computer Numeric Control Machine from Muratec, Japan, High Speed MD5/508 from Tongtai Taiwan & Mazak Japan. Besides this our manufacturing infrastructure also includes vertical milling M/C, Small productive Automatic Lathes, Tapping Lathes, Mechanical Power Presses 150 Tons (H type & C type), Hydraulic presses of 100 & 250 tons, pneumatic presses with auto feeders, Drilling M/C Hydraulic & Gear Drilling, Centre Less Grinders and Automatic Band saw machines. We follow MIG welding and do have Heat Treatment Furnace.

Proper care is made to test product in flow itself, for example chemical testing and hardness testing is done right in production process itself. Quality Control & material testing laboratory is also available along with manufacturing facility.

Eastman Cast and Forge limited came into existence in 1989.Eastman cast and forge limited manufactures carbon steel and chrome vanadium hand tools & power tools which are being exported to more than 24 countries besides as an OEM of Ashok Leyland, TATA Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, John Deere, New Holland, TAFE, L&T, Hero Honda Motors, Eicher etc.

Eastman Auto and Power limited came into existence with manufacturing and distribution facilities of automotive batteries in India and neighbouring countries under “ADDO” brand. The brand “ADDO” is highly successful and high selling battery in Indian market.
