Spring Genetics develops, produces and commercializes high performing broodstock and sex reversed fingerlings (SRF) of its Spring Tilapia® strain. The Spring Tilapia® strain is specially developed and extensively selected for key commercial traits such as fast growth, FCR, filet yield, filet quality, robustness and survivability, as well as for improved resistance to Streptococcus iniae, Streptococcus agalactiae and Francisella orientalis.

Distributors agreement

Available in exclusive or non-exclusive terms. This modality enables distributors to multiply and commercialize Spring Tilapia SRF to grow-out producers located in one or several specific previously agreed regions. The distributor regularly receives the latest and improved generation of the strain.

Broodstock agreement

Specially suited for integrated companies. This modality provides broodstock to integrated companies for internal multiplying and fingerling supply. Although specific case-by-case analysis for exceptions could take place, this agreement does not allow external sales of SRF. The integrated company regularly receives the latest and improved generation of the strain.
