Romaquip commenced trading in 1984, opening premises in Birr, Co. Offaly, situated in the geographical heart of Ireland. The company quickly gained a reputation for a high standard of work and quality products. In 1991, Romaquip moved its operation to a nearby purpose built manufacturing facility, enabling it to expand its operations, while remaining close to skilled employees.

Building on our expertise and reputation in the manufacture of winter maintenance vehicles, in 2009 we launched our Kerb-Sort product to the market; a vehicle purpose built to deliver efficiency and safety in kerb-side recycling applications. We are a passionate believer in the benefits of kerb-side recycling for both the local community and the global environment and today we are the market leading product in this application.
