Riverence - Steelhead Trout

Idaho raised Riverence steelhead trout are a true American heritage fish native to the Pacific Northwest. All of our trout are raised in crystal clear Rocky Mountain spring water and are fed a high quality nutritious diet in our land-based farms. We use only natural astaxanthin in our steelhead feed. Our PBO (Pin bone out) fillets are hand trimmed and perfectly portioned at our SQF and USDC certified plant for food service and retail. Our whole fish are head on gutted, which means they are perfect for barbeques or family style dining.
