DONGDING - Sugarcane Bagasse Dryer

Sugarcane is one of the main raw materials for sugar production. The bagasse left over after processing sugar is mainly used for papermaking or as fuel. The first step in the reuse of bagasse is to remove the water. The bagasse dryer is mainly used to dehydrate the bagasse for processing and reuse. However, the bagasse becomes more viscous when drying. Our bagasse dryer adopts roller drying technology to solve the problem of easy sticking and coking of bagasse during the drying process.

The complete bagasse drying system mainly consists of dehydration equipment, heat source, feeder, drying system, discharger, induced draft fan, unloader and power distribution cabinet, crushing system, packing system and other components.
