Sunny - Model PQL22/3000 -Agricultural Boom Sprayer
PQL22/3000 spray rod type sprayer, for more than 90 horsepower driving force output shaft wheeled tractor kit, on field crops such as corn, soybeans, wheat, millet, rice, cotton and part of the early stage of the rice paddies, for a variety of upland crops and orchard spraying chemical herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, such as growth regulator and liquid fertilizer, etc.
The PQL22-3000 is a tractor-mounted trailed boom sprayer built for large-scale agriculture, designed to boost productivity for commercial farmers and plantation owners. With a 3000L (792.5-gallon) chemical tank (made of high-density polyethylene) and 22m (72.2ft) boom length, it delivers 215L/min (56.8GPM) flow for efficient herbicide, insecticide, and fertilizer application. ISO-certified (ISO 9001:2015) and compatible with tractors ≥50HP, it features a GPS positioning system that records spraying areas (via a 7-inch touchscreen) to avoid over-spraying or missed sections. The unit also includes a hydraulic braking system for safe towing on steep slopes (up to 15° incline) and a LED work light for early-morning/late-evening operations.
