Tanco - Model Q Series -3-Point Mounted Square and Round Bale Wrapper

Building on over 15 years of experience in linkage mounted wrappers, the Q Series is faster and more user friendly than the competing trailed wrappers. It is an extremely maneuverable machine that requires little to no input from the driver.

The Q Series which takes its name from Quadrangle, as in four sides, emphasising its focus of square bale wrapping. The Q Series has two models within the range. The Q200-V has twin film dispenser (Q200-V) and the Q300-V has three film dispenser (Q300-V) options. Multiple dispensers Is made possible by the unique patented folding wrap arm mechanism developed by TANCO and delivers reliable speed. Up to 65 and 80 bales per hour, respectively.

The Q Series’ versatility cannot be underestimated with the ability to wrap any round or square bale on the market. Settings for different bale sizes can be saved within the controller; meaning when you move from a 120 x 140 twin-pack bale to a 80 x 70, this can be done by simply selecting the bale size and with a minimum of adjustment the Q Series will adjust roller position and wrapping speeds to ensure the correct number of layers and overlap.

Auto-Leveling
Sensors within the roller record the position of the bale during wrapping. When unloading, the Auto-Levelling feature, automatically levels the bale for off-loading, avoiding the time-consuming job of manually adjusting the bale position from the controller.

Proportional Hydraulics
Proportional hydraulics allows for incremental speed adjustment. Ramping wrap arm speed up and down ensuring a smoother and more consistent wrapping operation, resulting in less vibration and longer machine life.

Auto-Load
The Auto-Load feature allows for continuous wrapping without operator input to the controller. When the bale contacts the Auto-Load trigger the bale Is automatically loaded and the wrapping cycle begins.
