Tenrit - Model APM -Apple Peeling Machine
The TENRIT APM offers the perfect solution for particularly fast and easy peeling and splitting of apples. The apples are placed by hand onto the infeed and then peeled automatically. A spring-loaded and adjustable peeling blade adapts exactly to the apple shape and size.
In the third step, the apple core is pierced and removed by a circular cutter. If required, the apple is diced in the same step using a dicing cutter. For this purpose, a wide selection of 9 different cutter types are offered that are able to divide the apple as needed (2 to 24 slices).
The TENRIT APM-2 offers besides peeling and dicing also slicing done together with the peeling during the second step. Various blade sets enable slicing with a thickness from 3.5 to 30.0 mm.
By combining slicing and dicing, it is possible to produce fine pieces of apple for salads, pastries, etc.
