Thomas - Pre-Cleaner Cart

The Pre-Cleaner Cart is designed to be towed behind a harvester and functions to de-stick crops while forming them into a uniform windrow. The cart features a height of 5 feet 6 inches, a desticker chain that is 48 inches wide, and 15-inch tires with a leaf spring suspension system. The 60-inch rubber skirt ensures the containment of nuts for a more uniform windrow. Technically, it comes equipped with a large directional rear stick belt and an adjustable speed desticker chain, which helps in spreading dirt with a heavy drag beam compatible with all harvesters. This design allows for faster sweeping, reduced pest damage, quicker drying of nuts, and the ability to return water to trees sooner.
