Task of the Machine: This machine is using for Pre-cleaned or need-to-be cleaned products. Cleaning machines first and separating them to 4 different sizes or separating the foul parts. Also, using to increase the machine’s capacity before the color separator machine. Machine has 2 models as standart: stationary and mobile.
Working Principle: The product poured on the screening machine is swayed by the eccentric system and the screening process is performed. In the first part, the product to be handled with the help of aspirators is separated from unwanted foreign substances such as clogs, garbage, dust. Then, after the product is cleaned in the precision sifting section, it is transferred to the second section by means of the intermediate elevator. Thanks to the 3-fold sieve, the product can be separated into four different sizes. The brush under the sieve increases the efficiency by ensuring that the holes are not blocked. A total of four size products are obtained with a three-fold screening section.
