The original building has been expanded numerous times, increasing the floor space from the original 7,000 square feet to the current facility, encompassing over 200,000 square feet. The plant’s heat treat processing capacity includes five continuous process quench and temper heat treat lines. Part fabrication is accomplished using highly accurate CNC machine technology, rapid heat natural gas furnaces, and electric induction heating processes.

Our production equipment includes forging presses up to 1,000-ton capacity, bar shears up to 300-ton capacity, and many special forming and fabricating machines designed and built by company employees. Parts have been processed that range from less than 1 pound in weight to parts exceeding 85 pounds.

Our products are shipped to original equipment manufacturers (OEM) throughout the continental United States, Canada, Mexico, England, and South America. Our customers include major OEM and many short-line manufacturers of products and equipment.
