This entry-level firewood machine is a compact, economical option for homeowners and hobbyists splitting wood for their own use, or commercial firewood producers running a firewood business. The TW-LS is heavy-duty built to withstand daily firewood production without skipping a beat.

The Timberwolf TW-LS compact log splitter comes in two variations: the LS-270 and LS-390. Both models provide operators with excellent firewood production without the hefty start-up price tag. The LS-270 is powered by an economical and quiet 8.5HP Honda GX270 engine. Easy to operate and maintain, this fuel-efficient engine delivers plenty of power without requiring premium fuel, as well as smooth and continuous operation because of the low fuel consumption. The LS-390 includes the 11HP Honda GX390, which features high power output, low oil and fuel consumption, reduced vibration and noise level, and excellent exhaust emissions performance.
The compact log splitter is powered by a 3.5” or 4" hydraulic cylinder. Combined with a pump flow of 22 GPM and a 26” stroke, the portable wood splitter has a cycle time of 5/8 seconds and 37,700 pounds of splitting force.

Because of these commercial-grade features on our entry-level log splitter, the TW-LS can produce a full cord of wood in just an hour.

A 4-Way, hydraulically adjustable wedge comes standard with the TW-LS.

A hydraulic log lift allows operators to lift and load 250-pound logs with ease.

The TW-LS`s table grate provides a catch pan for logs that need to be resplit, as well as a filter for fine materials, which will fall through the table grate. The table grate funnels materials into one clean pile, perfect for loading firewood onto a wood conveyor or into a truck bed.
