Z Tags - Tissue Sample Only (TSO) for Livestock Tagging
The Tissue Sample Only (TSO) product is designed for collecting livestock tissue samples, primarily for animals already tagged with a Visual Tag. Each tissue sample collected is placed into a vial containing a dry desiccant, ensuring preservation of the sample for analysis. This vial is equipped with a pre-labeled, scannable unique barcode that matches the individual animal’s ID and can be cross-referenced with RFID or Visual ID tags. This system streamlines the process of animal identification and sample management, providing crucial support in livestock monitoring and data collection. It assists in ensuring accurate tracking and health monitoring of individual animals, aligning with agricultural data management practices. Suitable for integration with existing tagging technologies, it complements products like Stockman and Herdsman Two-Piece Tags, as well as ComfortEar® Slim and Z1 No-Snag-Tags™.
For livestock with existing Visual Tag. Each sample taken is placed directly into a vial containing dry desiccant and comes with a pre-labeled, scannable unique barcode corresponding to the individual animal’s ID. This barcode can be matched with RFID or Visual ID tags.
