TMK 250 Tree Shear has been specifically designed for forestry machines and big timber cranes. Despite its affordable price and compact size, the TMK 250 is a high-performance Tree Shear for tree clearing up to 250 mm.

Cuts up to 250 mm
TMK 250 has been designed to cut all the way up to 250 mm (9,8") trees.
One grapple design
TMK Tree Shears were the first guillotines in the market to utilize only one moving grapple arm. This provides superior strength for the frame and better alignment for the blade. It also allows us to make our shears lighter and easier to maintain than the two grapple equivalents.
Hanging Tilt
TMK 250`s Hanging Tilt allows it to be used on forest machines and tractor cranes. It features a "pocket" for the trees to sit in at the top of the linkage and it has a center of gravity that is optimized for cutting and handling forces.
Optimized grapple & blade geometry
The grapple and the blade on the TMK 250 are a little bit different from the rest of the shears.
The bottom piece of the grapple is curved more to allow better cutting action when the shear is hanging and it isn`t possible to push with the machine. The blade features a deeper "pocket" for the trees to sit in so it doesn`t slide from the optimal cutting position.
Clean cuts with Brushgrapple
It allows “scissor”-like cutting, that provides much cleaner cutting results for small shrubs instead of twisting and ripping them from the ground with roots.
Modular design
Some say our Tree Shears can be assembled like Lego’s; you can build them up piece by piece from the basic shear to a professional piece of kit that can accumulate, de-branch, extend and rotate.
