Paul Vanlerberghe set the foundations of Delvano as a pioneer in the development of spraying machines. His son Carlos Vanlerberghe took up the torch and many new developments followed.Now it is time for the 3rd generation: Joachim Vanlerberghe to continue to grow Delvano.

Paul thinks out and constructs a sprayer with special attention to a stable automated spray boom. Conculega contractors placed orders for these sprayers.

1966

PVBA Delvano is founded: a construction workhouse to meet the growing demand for spraying machines. The company grows continuously, management personnel are recruited and interest arises from the surrounding countries.

The Delvano sprayers are soon a huge success!

1984

Electronics are definitively introduced in the agricultural mechanization and in the spraying machines.

Two years of intensive studies and practical tests at Delvano result in the production & commercialization of Spraymatic.

1986

Tractor-based self-propelled sprayers are being replaced by hydrostatically driven units.

The Hydro-Trac series emerges.

1991

The PVBA is reformed into a public limited company and a new workshop of 7000m² is added.

1992-2005

Delvano is becoming a fixture at the Agribex agricultural show. Delvano already achieved several awards at Agribex:

1992: The Golden Aar for the application of a direct injection system of the spraying agents in the spray line
1996: The Silver Aar for the realization of an independently pivoting front axle on the self-propelled sprayer
2000: The Golden Aar for designing a totally new self-propelled sprayer the Euro-Trac
2005: The Golden Aar for the development of the tree pilot system

2006

The start of construction of a test hall so Delvano can test its sprayers individually

2008

De blijvende vraag naar grotere boombreedtes wordt beantwoord! De eerste getrokken spuit en de eerste zelfrijder rijden buiten met een boom van 52 meter.

2011

Delvano develops the automatic flushing program Auto-Eco-Clean system. The program provides a fully automatic cleaning of the sprayer circuit with a minimum of water in a minimum of time.

The Terresta 4000 is presented at the fair Agribex, this sprayer stays within the 2.55m transport width!

2012

The TS 6000 trailed sprayer is presented with a new tank design that lowers the center of gravity.

2014

The ST18 is produced: the first self-propelled sprayer with 2 spray tanks.

2016 A

The Delvano Meandra leaves for end customer to spray its first season.

2016 B

The rotary is replaced by a brand new building to store the Delvano occasional products.

2019 A

Delvano is developing the Dynamic-Pulse-Spray. The operation of this innovative spray system consists of each nozzle being equipped with an electric nozzle valve.

2019 B

The Delvano Euro-Trac 6000 with largest boom in the world, 57m is delivered to the end customer.

2019-2020

Delvano trailed sprayers, the TS series, are COC approved and comply with European legislation.

2021 A

A new ST version is developed and produced. The ST20 drives outside.

2021 B

Delvano develops the Smart-Multi-Connect operating concept. The innovative idea of connecting via your smartphone, tablet, laptop,…. with the sprayer even earns a silver ear at Agribex ’21
