Tow Behind Compost Turner Machine
These kinds of compost turners are designed to tow behind a tractor. They are widely used in farms to manage larger crop residues (e.g. corn stalks), animal manure (e.g. pig dung, horse manure), yard waste, newspaper, cardboard, etc. They lift and tumble compost materials, aerate each windrow with more oxygen for faster composting.
Super wide application
Most of our customers are from organic fertilizer manufacturing industry. Large Scale Breeding Enterprises, brewing enterprises, and City Environment Protecting Department. The raw materials could be all kinds of organic wastes, such as livestock and poultry manure, straw, mushroom residue, sugar residue, cassava dregs, sewage sludge, filtered mud, leaves etc. Tow behind compost windrow turners aim at harmless and resourceful treatment of livestock manure, agricultural waste, sludge and industrial organic waste.
Pretty reasonable machine design
The hood design of the composting body ensures a natural triangular shape of the windrow The whole machine adopts hydraulic control system (The hood and drum assembly lift up hydraulically), featured with pivot steering, large torque, dexterous moving and convenient operation. In the event of a breakdown the turner can be removed without destroying the windrow. Water can be supplied to the windrow, during the turning, by a pull-behind water tank and nozzles located underneath the hood.
