GreenMech - Model EVO 165DT -Tracked Wood Chippers

We’ve listened to the industry and used all our design and manufacturing experience to develop the new 165mm capacity extending track machine that will deliver exactly what you’ve been looking for. The EVO 165DT combines a wealth of features, together with some of GreenMech’s proven innovations which have seen their chippers become the preferred choice with many industry professionals.
Arguably the biggest developments are a new, heavy-duty flywheel and re-flowed discharge chute which deliver unparalleled processing power for a machine of its size. This, together with twin horizontal rollers utilising GreenMech’s ‘No-Stress’ control system, means the Evo 165DT can efficiently grip the timber and control its lateral movement to provide maximum bite and smooth processing. The Stage V-compliant Kubota 25hp diesel ensures useable power matched to operational needs while optimising fuel economy.
Fixed Tracks allow easy access and optimum stability, giving a ground clearance of 194mm. Each track has its own drive motor, providing a tracking speed of 3.2kph and a “Track or Chip” switch and folding platform caters for maximum operator security and comfort.
The vertical and horizontal shear bars have been re-engineered to be more accessible and a centralised greasing point has been introduced to make regular servicing of the chipper easier to carry out.
Like all GreenMech chippers, the EVO 165DT is manufactured with a heavy-duty construction design, using high-quality materials and a highly durable powder-coat finish which stands the test of time and holds a very strong residual value. NO-STRESS IN-FEED SYSTEM
