ChipMaster - Model ECO 150 TMP -Tractor-Mounted Wood Chippers

The Eco 150 TMP is typically used in landscape, golf courses and large estates where compact tractors are employed to carry out a wide variety of duties and can be driven by tractors with up to 45 hp.

The backbone of the Eco 150 TMP design is based on a deep beam, high tensile steel chassis which creates tremendous strength and ensures a robust performance. A generous in-feed hopper, measuring 800mm x 700mm (31inch x 27inch), means that free-flow of bulky material can be handled without having to trim to a more manageable size. As the material passes through twin, hydraulically powered feed rollers, the electronically controlled ‘No-Stress’ feed system varies the speed of throughput to ensure maximum chipping efficiency.

The chipping system comes with the patented and renowned ‘Disc-Blade’ configuration which allows rotation of the cutting edge and extends the sharpening period to only once in approximately 150 hours. This is a feature that reduces downtime, cuts maintenance and maximises working performance.

Maintenance is minimal, with a few grease points and a daily check-over. Apart from that, your chipper is ready to go!

TRACTOR POWERED

A three-point linkage mounted machine, powered by the Power-take-off shaft of the compact tractor to drive the flywheel, while the tractor hydraulics are used to control the feed rollers.

BI-DIRECTIONAL GEARBOX

The Eco 150 TMP uses a bi-directional gearbox, which allows for offset infeed loading and provides the option of either a left or right-hand side infeed chute.

WIDE IN-FEED CHUTE

Reduces the time needed with the saw and helps prevent inadvertent triggering of the safety bar when feeding in wide branches.

HORIZONTAL ROLLERS

Gather and grip the material while offering a smooth flow into the processor with reduced lateral movement

DISCHARGE CHUTE ROTATION

A 280° rotation on the discharge chute allows the operator to chip into the required direction up to 5m.
