Daytech - Transportable Loading Tubulator
Daytech tubulators are built as standard 9 and 12-meter models. This gives a 3.6 and 5.6 meters clearance when in full height position. Come standard with 280 ID PVC tube and belt to match. In the last fifteen years of using the PVC tubes we have never replaced one, and some machines are used daily. Hydraulically driven with flow control, it allows you to match the belt speed to the job without changing the engine rpm.
Hydraulic height control is also standard. Comes with a heavy-duty jockey wheel or stand. Has a detachable drawbar towing.
Can be powered by petrol – diesel, or electric motors. Different size tubulators are available in tube sizes and lengths.
Grains to Wood Chips
Move grain, seeds, fertilizers, palm kernel, cement, pellets, onions, flour, small vegetables, wood chips, wood shavings, and any other non-abrasive products.
Variable Lengths
9-meter, 12-meter, and 18-meter models are available.
Standard tube size of 280mm internal diameter.
Transportable
Detachable drawbar.
Optional hydraulically driven wheels and hydraulic height control.
Internal or External Power
Units can be run off a ship’s power or other electrical sources and fitted with petrol or diesel motors.
