KASHIN - Model DK 120 -Turf Aercore
The KASHIN Turf Aercore is engineered to address compaction issues in sports and golf course turf. Designed with versatility in mind, it features a choice of tines that enhance both drainage and irrigation. The device can achieve a maximum depth of 25 cm using 12 mm, 19 mm tines, or mini-tines, making it suitable for summer aeration. It is lightweight, facilitating use on delicate surfaces such as golf greens, yet robust enough to penetrate compact soils. A 3-speed gearbox allows it to align with varying tractor speeds for precise hole spacing, eliminating the need for creep speed gears. The machine incorporates a unique adjustable parallelogram forced heave to fracture compacted ground under all conditions. Sealed bearings replace traditional bushings for extended lifespan, and the simple tine design permits easy and affordable replacements. Offering unobstructed play through its adaptable use, it can aerate at any time, ensuring higher turf quality.
DK 120 Turf Aercore helps alleviate waterlogging and deep aerates the ground to promote healthy growth. The ‘Turf Aercore’ de-compacts the soil on sports pitches by inserting equally spaced holes in the turf which allow water and air to filter through to the grassroots.

The KASHIN Turf Aercore has been specially designed with a wide choice of tines for aeration which assists both drainage and irrigation. It is also through these cavities that the plant develops and extends its roots system giving stronger and healthier turf.
KASHIN Turf Aercore, Hole Puncher is well suited to lower hp tractors where access is restricted or a lighter footprint is required. These highly productive machines are easily adjusted and work to a maximum depth of 25cm (10″) and use 12mm or 19mm (½” or ¾”) tines or mini-tines which are often used for Summer aeration.
KASHIN Turf Aercore, Hole Puncher is an efficient machine for use on sports fields and all areas of the golf course. This model is light enough for application on the golf greens, whilst strong enough for hard soils.
