Model HGLAWN-G - Turf-Tec Grass Lawn Height Cut Gauge

The Turf-Tec Grass Lawn height cut gauge is designed for most home lawn grass. The 1/8 inch thick plastic gauge shows the proper cutting height for lawns of 3.5 to 4.0 inches for tall Fescue Grass, Bluegrass, Saint Augustine Grass, and many other varieties of turf. The unit is made of high impact plastic and can tell grass height in inches or millimeters. Simply mow a test area on the lawn. Then, push the bottom spike into the soil until the bottom of the unit come in firm contact with the soil. Look at the gauge to see the actual cutting height of the grass. This method will measure the actual height of the turfgrass so you can compare it with mower settings.
