A Family Company
Nugent Coachworks stems from a family business founded in 1985 and has since developed into a group of companies employing 250 people, predominantly in manufacturing, with a standalone, dedicated parts and aftersales business, complementing the group’s high esteem for customer service.

Along with the innovation of products and processes in order to invest for the future, Nugent places a strong emphasis on the growth and development of their people to offer the opportunities that emerge with the evolution of the businesses. The importance of people is enhanced by Nugent’s work with local schools and colleges, which has developed into Nugent being a founding company of MEGA, an industry-led collaborative network promoting career paths within the engineering sector and the subsequent employment of 30 apprentices as of July 2024.
