TTA - Model FlexPlanter -Unique Transplanter
The FlexPlanter is an innovative transplanting machine that integrates selection and transplanting into a streamlined process. This equipment is specifically designed for nurseries that want to propagate their own young plants efficiently, reduce labor costs, and enhance plant quality and uniformity. It features in-house developed plant grippers and a pusherpin system that extracts plants from the donor tray, allowing for easy determination of plant quality. Only those plants that pass the inspection of its built-in imaging system are transplanted, ensuring optimal quality. Discarded plants and empty plugs are collected separately, while the system fills the destination tray according to user preferences, either completely or with some voids for manual correction. The FlexPlanter’s interface is user-friendly, featuring an inbuilt self-diagnosis capability, providing operators with a straightforward tool for high-efficiency planting operations.
The FlexPlanter is a unique transplanter which combines transplanting and selection into one simple step. The FlexPlanter is the best choice for nurseries who propagate their own young plants and would like to reduce labour costs and at the same time increase evenness and quality.
The FlexPlanter extracts plants from the donor tray with our in-house developed plant grippers, assisted by a pusherpin system from below. The plantgrippers give the plants space, so that it's easily to determine the plant quality. After selection, the FlexPlanter only uses plants, which have been approved by the inbuilt imaging system.
Discarded plants & empty plugs are collected on a waste belt. The destination tray comes out at choice 100% filled (no correction needed) or for capacity increase with some voids, allowing the operator to correct the result. Both the machine and the imaging system offer an easy-to-understand user interface with inbuilt self-diagnosis.
