Fortis - Model 2200 - Universal Push-Off Trailer
The Universal push-off trailer Fortis is a year-purpose vehicle for transport and spreading tasks. The Fortis meets all expectations and is perfectly suitable for modern farmers, large companies and contractors.
Standard rear opening (silage-flap) is particularly suitable for transport of silage, grain, wood chips and other bulk materials. Universality is manifested by a fast and simple change to the standard or universal spreader unit.
CHASSIS
Sturdy frame made of 6 mm profile, tandem chassis with parabolic springs, high hitch with towing eye D40 mm, hydraulic parking jack, wheel chocks
AXLE
Two heavy duty ADR-axles with 10-stud rims, track 2100 mm, wheelbase 1810 mm, axle load 14800 kg/axle, steering axle (rear), brake cam 406 x 140 mm
BRAKES
Hydraulic brake with mechanical valve and ALB or dual-line airbrake system with ALB on all four wheels, separate parking brake

U-framework profile 200 mm, steel sidewalls 1500 mm high with collapsible steel extension boards 500 mm, absolute smooth inner walls, steel floor 5 mm thick, plug-in view grill, hydraulic tailgate
FLOOR CONVEYOR
Hydraulic drive with two hydraulic motors and two spur gear, two-speed control of the floor conveyor drive, forward and reverse flow, 4 high-strength round steel chains (14 x 50 mm) with sturdy floor strips, floor conveyor feed can be easily operated from the tractor cabin, automatic chain tensioner
SPREADING UNIT – DRIVE (OPTION)
Wide-angle WALTERSCHEID PTO drive shaft over continuous drive shaft with overload and overrunning clutch, cam-type cut-out clutch 1500 Nm, operating at 1000 rpm
