The high performance of NZ Extreme sets a new standard regarding seedbed preparation.

To ensure exact field contour following precision NZ Extreme has a 5-section frame, able to adapt to the field surface and maintain the selected depth. This is further increased by an innovative weight transfer, ingenious wheel setup and heavy-duty machine design

Wide wheels distributed across the machine length and width, creates a high carrying capacity and ensures same conditions for each tine.

The OffSet bogie support wheel setup, keeps the frame levelled and minimises vibrations.

Carefully selected raw material and design, ensures peak performance of the Extreme tines. The tine concentrates its intense vibration forwards, with minimum sideways movement.

This unique construction means that the Extreme tine focuses all its power where intended - crushing clods and sorting the soil to create ideal conditions for the coming seeding operation.

Its ground clearance ensures a high material throughflow.

CrossBoard provides an aggressive cultivation, ensuring that clods are crushed and the soil is levelled. The working intensity is easily controlled hydraulically from the cab.

The CrossBoard is equipped with master and slave cylinders, this ensures a level working result at all times. The five axle models can be equipped with a rear CrossBoard for additional levelling.

The double-acting stabiliser bar ensures that all CrossBoard tines work together as one unit, preventing individual tines to move forward or backward. 

You benefit from an extremely level working result, saving passes and providing ideal conditions for the seed drill.

The ControlFunction on NZ Extreme allows the working depth to be adjusted to varying soil conditions on the move. 

To enable an optimal crop establishment, NZ Extreme can be set to work slightly harder on headlands or in areas where somewhat deeper cultivation is required. 

To meet differing farming needs, Väderstad offers a wide range of points for cultivators and tine harrows. With the right choice of points you are able to optimise the working result on your fields, providing the best start possible for the next crop.

Equipped with goosefoot points, NZ Extreme is able to provide a full cut in order to control weeds. 

After it has been cut by the goosefoot, the weed residues are left on the field’s surface to dry out.
