Weighing and Bagging in valve bags is carried out with different techniques, which depend upon the characteristics of the product and installation requirements:

  • PFG-10 air packer by fluidification, for very fine products.
  • PBV-06 gross weight valve packer with gravity feeding system for granulated products
  • EFI BAGGING TYPE net weight+ air injection, for small grain products.
  • TAG net weight, acceleration by gravity.

Bagging Automation with automated placement of the bag in the feeding spout by means of a CSV bagging applicator and storage of empty bags.
