Velfag - Model M700 -Mechanical Filleting Machine
The M700 is a mechanical filleting machine producing thick and complete tail ends that ensure better yield, fillets and so return on investment. It comes with a mini version of the Take Control operating system, including a touch screen and possibility to change basic settings at the push of a button.

TakeControl MINI is available on our mechanical M700 machines. It allows the user to control the speed of the saddles, knives, and outfeed conveyors via a touchscreen mounted above the infeed area. The MINI can also control the speed of the M800 skinners if attached to the M700. Previous mechanical models of the M700 are eligible for an upgrade to TakeControl MINI
