Our steam chambers come in 55` or 65` diameter round expanding design. Heights of 10`, 15`, 20`, 25`, 30`, 35`, 40` and 5` extension available for the 55` diameter round model. (45`, and 50` available for the 65` diameter round model). Multi-level steaming ports. Smooth, obstruction-free interior. 1/8` stainless steel construction. Optional inlet hood available. Steam inlets that provide precise steam control. Simple steam housings that resist plugging. Sight glasses that allow observation of grain levels. Digital temperature probes and LED digital readout available. Completely plumbed, ready for customers` steam supply.
