Weighers & Baggers
Whether you are looking for a weigher bagger to efficiently fill and weigh smaller bags with products such as salt, chippings, charcoal or compost, or you are looking for a more heavy duty weighing system to weigh big bags or boxes of bulk materials, Tong Peal’s range of weighing equipment offers the most reliable weighing solutions, all manufactured to the highest standards in the UK. Custom built to you exact requirements, our range of weighers and baggers are manufactured to last, with low maintenance and consistent performance in mind. With standard models designed to either weigh directly into the bag or pre-weigh the desired weight into a holding tank before discharging into the bag, Tong Peal’s weigher baggers can be used as a single machine or integrated as part of a fully bespoke and automatic weighing system.
Manufactured to operate mechanically or electronically, depending on your requirements, our weigher baggers range from simple, single belt mini-baggers suitable for filling bags between 25-50kg, to advanced twin-belt weigher baggers for weights ranging from 5-50kg, offering greater accuracy and higher throughputs to cope with the most demanding weighing requirements.
On our twin-belted weigher baggers, both cleated belts run until a weight close to the predetermined target weight is reached, at which point the main belt stops and the smaller ‘trickle’ belt finely tunes the weight of the bag to complete the process for an accurate final weight. Electronic models of Tong Peal’s weigher baggers have the ability to record the number of batches and total weight achieved within any given time, as well as self calibrating after a pre-determined number of batches for optimum accuracy.
Our engineers have years of experience in designing weighing systems to individual client specification, so why not get in touch to discuss your needs and see how you can save time and money with an efficient and dependable weigher bagger from Tong Peal.
