Husmann - Model H7 -Wood Chippers
The Husmann Wood Chippers comminute shrubbery and trunks that are intended for composting, spreading material in parks or, perfectly, as wood chips to feed heating plants. The Chippers are equipped with a blade disc and a hydraulically forced infeed. Two infeed rollers driven by one oil motor each guarantee optimal handling at feeding. The Wood Chipper H 7 is designed for a material thickness up to 200 mm.
The standard programme of the Wood Chippers comprises attachment devices with 25 or 80 km/hr and their own drive engine as well as cardan shaft driven comminution machines in each model series. Special designs according to the request of the customer are possible.
Special technical features and equipment details include:
- the large infeed hopper
- a special infeed system
- wide infeed rollers
- the ejection pipe with large discharge distances
- the extensive underride guard
- the selected material strength for the overall construction and
- the service-friendly superstructure
Husmann offers a total of four series. They differ by their processing diameters, infeed size, drive power, blade disc diameter, as well as their size and weight.
The designations of the four series >>H5<<, >>H7<<, >>H8<<, >>H10<< are derived from the respective diameter of the blade disc (500, 700, 800, 1.000 mm). They are equipped with hardened, bolted and, therefore, regrindable blades.
The processing diameter of the machines depends on their size and the corresponding blade discs. Infeed is performed via two hydraulically powered rollers.
Husmann delivers all machines with a silent-cut chipping system. This is the manufacturer`s designation for a chipping system with clearly reduced noise – based on a special blade and counter blade alignment and newly developed infeed system.
The advantages are clear:
- Reduction of the waste volume
- Re-use of the chipped product
- Comminution directly on site
- Economic “single person operation”.
