The Vertical Core Veneer Composer Machine is engineered to process medium veneer strips following rotary cutting and drying. It handles veneer strips of various lengths and thicknesses, initially forming them into 4x4-foot pieces. The machine operates full-automatically to conduct teeth making, gluing, teeth alignment, pressing, cooling, stripping, and stacking, culminating in 8x4-foot veneers as per user specifications. With a working efficiency of 3-4 pieces per minute, it features critical components like the TAIWAN DELTA PLC and TAIWAN Weinview display. The driving mechanism includes Invt servo motors and GUOMAO motors. The machine occupies a floor area of 23 square meters, weighs 5000kg, and has a total power requirement of 18.85kw. After veneer rotary cutting and drying, the medium veneer with different length, uneven thickness, regular or irregular thickness of 1.2-3.6mm is first composed into 4*4 feet by core veneer composer, then entered from two sides of the machine through the full-automatic operation of the machine. Teeth making、Gluing、Teeth alignment、Pressing、Cooling、Stripping and stacking are completed automatically. The whole process, the veneer is composed into the whole long and medium veneer as the user’s required size(8*4ft).
