The Organization undertakes to design, produce and provide assistance for machinery and equipment for agricultural and industrial uses for the domestic and foreign market, understanding the needs of customers and planning its activities to fully meet the agreed quality standard.
Likewise, it operates in compliance with requests and requirements:

of the reference market;
the country in which it operates, in compliance with laws and regulations;
of all parties involved in their critical processes.

Process approach

The Organization identifies its activities as processes to be planned, monitored and constantly improved and activate the resources for their implementation in the best possible way.

The Organization manages its own processes to make them unique:

the objectives to be pursued and the expected results;
the related responsibilities and the resources used.

Leadership

The Organization assumes responsibility for the effectiveness of its QMS, making all the necessary resources available and ensuring that the planned objectives are compatible with the context and the strategic guidelines of the Organization itself.

The Organization communicates the importance of the QMS and actively involves all the parties concerned, coordinating and supporting them.

Risk and opportunity assessment

The Organization plans its processes with a risk-based thinking (RBT) approach in order to implement the most suitable actions to:

assess and deal with risks associated with processes;
exploit and reinforce the opportunities identified.

The Organization promotes at all levels an adequate sense of proactivity in managing its risks.

Involvement of staff and stakeholders

The Organization is aware that the involvement of staff and all stakeholders, combined with the active participation of all collaborators, are a primary strategic element.

The Organization promotes the development of internal professionalism and the careful selection of external collaborations in order to equip itself with competent, aware and motivated human resources.

Improvement

The preliminary assessment of the risks and opportunities associated with business processes, the internal and external verification activities, and the management review are the tools that the Organization puts in place to constantly improve.

The tool chosen for the Organization’s pursuit of its Policy is a Quality Management System compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001 ed. 2015.
The Management ensures that this Quality Policy has been communicated, understood and applied within our Organization and is periodically reviewed to ensure its continued suitability.
