Business Model Canvas is a powerful strategic management tool for developing new or documenting existing business models. It is a visual chart with elements that describe the performance promise of a company or product, infrastructure, customers and finances - the figure top right displays the basic structure.
It helps companies align their activities by identifying potential perception gaps or conflicting goals. Ultimately, the Business Model Canvas can be used to determine the Marketing-Mix or, if already present to some extent, to sharpen it.
