Together with the client the machine is diagnosed and the estimated cost of the repair is specified.

• The machine is dismantled and the customer specifies the final work on the machine and its value. A contract is signed, stating the volume and value of repair, as well as the guarantees.
• The repair is carried out using established technology cards and requirements.
• When repairing a whole unit, a 12-month warranty is given, depending on the degree of renovation with new parts and the state of the old ones.
• The comprehensive test of the machine is implemented in two phases - after the repair and when giving back the machine to the client.
• All necessary documents relating the maintenance and the operation under warranty and after warranty period are issued.
