In the event that your instrument fails, please call our service department on 01928 579600. This ensures that the call is logged on our system. To get you up and running as soon as possible, an engineer will call to see if the problem can be rectified over the phone. If the problem can not be resolved over the phone, on site assistance will be offered. For companies without a fully inclusive or labour inclusive contract, a purchase order must be sent to the office to cover the call out. Please note that contract holders take priority over non-contract holders. For non-contract holders, both labour and travel is charged at a premium hourly rate.
