It all starts with orientation of the possibilities with our technical consultant. Horti XS will advise and implement the customers plans into the total project. Taking into account the finance, technical options, planning and local circumstance such as climate conditions.
Based on the selected concept from the idea generation, we start with the initial design and general-lay-out. After this we collect all relevant information about local conditions and legal environment. This results in the technical specifications of the initial design, design drawings and technical calculation of the installation.
Based on the defined project specifications, a detailed package of working drawings and complete list of materials in any language will be provided.
Procurement of the materials, construction of irrigation units and electrical panels. Preparing materials for transport. Arranging logistics. We complete this phase of production by performing the necessary tests, on both the tailor-made parts and the materials delivered by manufacturers.
The way of installation can be fully dependent on your wishes to build your future greenhouse, Horti XS provide experienced supervisors for local coordination and computer specialists for commissioning the installation. Training and education of employees is also part of this step.
When the greenhouse project is completed all equipment and installation will be commissioned and properly tested for their use.
The after-sales service is well organized at Horti XS. Together with our service partners,
you will be able to reach our helpdesk and service engineers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We aim to stay in touch with our customers on frequent basis after the completion of the construction process. Together with the customer we will monitor and control the state of technology and maintenance of the project and take measurements when this is required.
