A network of logistics partners facilitates the collection and transportation of equipment to PI premises ready for processing. It is possible to work to a predefined schedule coinciding with implementation plans collecting old when new is installed, or alternatively on an ad-hoc basis. It should be noted that PTAM do not "cherry-pick" higher specification equipment, leaving older or broken items; all requested items are removed from site. Equipment collections can be arranged in or out of normal working hours and provision made for sufficient vehicles and personnel to meet the anticipated maximum collections on any given day.
