Davey’s commercial landscape services team works with clients to understand their snow and ice management needs. In most cases, our snow management contracts are built using three standard snow service levels for commercial clients:
- Seasonal - Contracts can be all-inclusive, establishing a fixed price for the entire snow season with equal monthly payments based on the client’s requirements
- Per winter event - Contract services are priced by snow events and snow accumulation of the events. De-icing services are priced per application
- Time and materials - Contracts establish hourly rates for labor, equipment operators, and equipment types. De-icing services are set at per-ton or pound application rates. Pricing for the snow events is established after the event is completed which is determined by the labor, equipment, and materials that were used to complete the service
