Private Label Sparkling Wine Service
We produce award-winning premium Méthode Champenoise sparkling wines for a variety of clients, such as: Wineries, retailers, distributors, restaurants, hotels, bars and night clubs.
FAST TO MARKET
Our private label sparkling “shiners” are tirage bottled and ready for your order. With our program, you can have branded sparkling wines on the shelf within weeks.
YOUR BRAND & LABEL
You provide labels, and we handle all processing in-house. Our fully-automated winery handles production, beginning to end.
SHINERS
Shiners (label-ready product) are tirage bottled (where 2nd fermentation occurs in the bottle), and aged on the “lees” for at least 6 months. Our Private Label Sparkling inventory is pre-aged, stocked and ready for your order.
RIDDLING
Once an order is placed, the shiners are riddled for 3-5 days. This is the process where the lees are slowly riddled into the neck of the bottle, to prep for disgorging.
DISGORGING
The riddled lees (wine yeast sediments) are frozen at the bottle neck and popped out for clean removal. Dosage is added at this time (which can be customized to your liking).
FINISHING
Once disgorged, the bottles are corked, caged, foiled, labeled and packed into cases and onto pallets for shipping.
