Property Development

Midroc Property Development, MPD, develops property in Sweden, both commercial premises and housing projects. MPD works with projects either on self owned land or in self financed projects or in cooperation with external investors. MPD has for instance executed the World Trade Center project in Malmö and also the noted and prize awarded housing project Limnologen in Växjö. MPD has also transformed the former grain store Lagerhuset in Eslöv to a unique and charming housing project with modern and airy apartments.
