Our team of highly skilled, regularly trained engineers and technicians are able to perform in-depth services using comprehensive checklists and the latest computer diagnostics to assess the electrical components alongside the usual wearing parts.
As well as carrying out essential servicing, repairs and maintenance from our extensive workshop facilities at Avon Works, just outside Goudhurst in Kent, our engineers are also able to travel to work on farm, whether you are based in the South East or further afield.
For customers outside the local area, we also benefit from good working relationships with many dealers in other areas and can provide specialist advice to their engineers over the phone if required. We keep most fittings in stock to ensure that we can make hydraulic hoses on the spot, and we also offer service and repairs of the Felco and FelcoTronic electronic secateurs.
As an official National Sprayer Testing Scheme (NSTS) registered centre our team of qualified NSTS examiners are able to carry out work both from our Avon Works site in Kent, and on farm for customers located in the South East and further afield. We can also carry out a pre-test sprayer service to ensure your sprayer will pass the NSTS sprayer test. Both the service and the test are incredibly comprehensive. Designed to cover all application components of the sprayer, we look at the control systems, hoses and pipework, nozzles and nozzle control systems, filters and more to ensure the sprayer is working correctly, efficiently, and safely.
