RootCam analysis service offers a detailed look into the growth and development of plant root systems. It provides researchers, farmers, and gardeners with comprehensive insights and structured data, which can be used to make informed decisions about the health and growth of their plants.
Analysis Service
To understand your plant, you need to start from the roots. After activating your Minirhizotron and acquiring a LOT of images, you get to the daunting task of annotating the images and measuring root length and width. But not anymore. Now you can ask the computer to measure your root length and area in each image and get a fast and accurate result.
Crystal vision's automatic root analyzer will do the task in a matter of seconds, the result will be formatted in a clear comma separated file (csv). You could process them with excel or your own software of choice. Need to stitch your images? We do it automatically.
To use our analysis service, please follow these steps:
- Take photos of the roots you wish to analyze.
- Send the photos to our office's email address: office@crystalvision.co.il
- Our AI model will analyze the root's length and width at each depth.
- We will send you the results by email.
