After completing the feasibility study, our design studio will produce a technical report that will be debated with the final customer.

Cost, Time and analysis method
Based on the project, now clear and well-defined, a budget is made taking into account the variants, the end result, but above all the real needs of the customer.

In addition to providing a detailed shopping description, the various stages of construction are presented, indicating the time required for the construction.

Development and design
