Dasa - Version H50 -Bucking Software

Dasa H50 is a robust and easy-to-use bucking software for measuring and controlling the production process. Just set the priority of length and diameter and the Dasa H50 will make sure you get the desired bucking result. The user interface is modern, and the look and feel are the same as in a smartphone.

All important functions in Dasa H50 are accessible on the screen via large, distinct buttons and menus. Bucking instructions are created and edited directly in the machine and the program can handle several logging contracts. Calibration and control measuring of length and diameter can be done manually or by a computer caliper. It is possible to use more advanced bucking features such as bark function, volume type and product management. Driver management, production reporting and backup are other practical functions.

Dasa H50 is also available in a simple "mode" where you do not need to create a logging contract. All that is needed is a priority list with lengths.

Remote support is possible by connecting via an existing internet connection (which may already be in the machine), a separate modem (optional) or the operator`s mobile phone. This enables a service technician to assist with troubleshooting and settings remotely, without being physically present at the machine. It is also possible to connect and view the image from a camera in the Dasa H50. A good example of use is to use this function for a reversing camera.

To combine the strength of the Dasa H50 system, base machine, and processing head, it is possible to customize functions and parts of the HMI.
