Inventory

• The Picas Standard Inventory module handles all setup of inventory items, such as crops and hard good (trays, tags, etc.).
• This module is used to setup crop plans (growing cycles) and the peripheral data needed for that plan including product lines, pricing, environments and more.
• With hard goods attached to crop plans, Picas will let you know when it’s time to reorder items such as seed, soil, plastic, and other items essential to your operation.

Order Entry

• Picas Standard Order Entry is the most advanced order management program in the industry. This module allows you to enter customer and speculation orders. With these orders in place, you will find a wide range of tools and features that will allow you to view your customer’s requirements as well as pull, ship and invoice these orders.

Crop Management

• This is the heart of Picas where you will manage your plant production. From planning, to growing, to shipping, Picas Standard allows you to have an accurate inventory with an availability that you can provide to your customers. In addition, crop scheduling manages sowing, sticking, and transplant dates. With material requirements, you know when and how many hard goods to purchase such as plastics, tags, cuttings, seed, soil, etc. In the end, Picas manages your young and finished plant production such that you can stick to your schedules and not miss key production steps along the way.
