The Photobioreactor Control Software is a universal solution developed for a wide range of PSI cultivation devices comprising Multi-Cultivators, small- and large-scale Photobioreactors and their accessories. The software provides intuitive and dynamic interface for real-time visualization of recorded data including online remote access. Number of advanced custom cultivation protocols can be easily set through the user-friendly adjustment of the individual cultivation parameters.

The software provides intuitive and dynamic interface for real-time visualization of recorded data including online remote access. Number of advanced custom cultivation protocols can be easily set through the user-friendly adjustment of the individual cultivation parameters.
Besides the standard control of the experimental conditions through a graphical interface also java scripting (optional) for user-specific modifications of the controlled parameters is available. This allows to set unlimited range of experimental conditions based on particular user requirements.
Real time data visualization and data processing provide early feedback for proper experiment management. Storing data into database including intelligent searching is implemented. A multiple experiment export function into MS Excel or LibreOffice enables exhaustive exploitation of the gained results.
