Apprenticeships

BAGMA works with industry partners, colleges and other training providers to encourage apprentices to join the industry and to support them and the various training establishments that provide apprentice training through worked-based and centre based programmes in the agricultural, ground care and garden machinery industry. BAGMA’s long history of involvement with apprentices and our new web pages will grow to reflect our continued support and encouragement in attracting new and young people to an industry that increasingly needs highly trained and motivated people. Apprenticeships in England from July 2016 come under the Department for Education. Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland have different apprenticeship schemes to England.
